Please Note- All the items above 40% sale will not be eligible for Return or refund. We have a 1-day return exchange policy on selected products , which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return exchange.
Important Note - All products will be considered for returns only for quality issues within 1 day of delivery.
Note - The exchange of products depends on the stock availability.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange:
We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes. In case if you received the wrong product, you can exchange your product within 1 day of delivery.
Your Pickup will be arranged by Hurrem's Baklava within 1 working day of your request.
All Products must be unused, original packing & tags when we receive it.
In case, the order does not meet the above conditions exchange request will not be processed and your order will be sent back to your picked-up address.
We are working hard to provide you the best baklavas at affordable rates with highest quality ingredients. If you didn't like the product or it's not to your expectations simply return the product within 1 day of delivery.

*Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at the time of placing the order is non- refundable.
*We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.200 in case of reverse pick up the same shall be deducted from your refund.
Important Points to remember:
Return request needs to be within 1 days of the delivery date.
Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.
All returned products must be unused or undamaged and returned with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without packing container will not be accepted.
The refund is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
Exception Refund Policy ( In special cases only - approved by the team)
Amount Refund:
1. If you cancel the Prepaid Order, the full amount will be refunded to you including shipping charges and COD charges if any.
2. If your refund is accepted - Rs-200/- as Reverse pick up + COD charges will be deducted from the order amount.
3. Once your return is accepted do collect the return pick-up slip from the courier guy.
Mode of Refund:

4. Exchange can be requested only one time per order.
A - Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Once we received the product, the amount will be processed in 1-2 working days. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.
B- COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the Bank Account, google pay, Paytm or phone pay mentioned while placing the Return Request and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days of the details.
